We build these custom bars out of some very beefy DOM tubing. The tube size is 1.5" OD x .25" wall thickness. We manufacture these in house so we can offer you a wide variety of sizes. You can choose from our stock sizes, which range from 1.5" OD x .25" wall thickness. We manufacture these in house so we can offer you a wide variety of sizes. On one end of this bar is a poly bushing. The other end is a super pivot poly flex joint. The super pivot joint is a high quality joint that allows your axle to articulate from side to side. You would want this type of setup if you were going to hit some good side to side with the switches. The poly flex joint comes with its own zerk bolt so you can keep it greased up real nice. The total width of the super pivot is 2-5/8".

We offer 3 different sizes of bushings: 2.5", 2.75" and 3". If you order online we will send 3" wide bushings with your link bar. If you need a different width please call us to place your order. The inner bushing sleeve is made of steel and uses a 9/16" bolt.

Every one of our round bars are TIG welded for superior strength.

We stand behind our bars so strongly that if you ever bend, strip or damage one, we will replace it for FREE.
