You would use this part in a situation where you want to keep the bag under the bed floor. You can mount it behind or in front of the axle, and was designed to fit sleeve or convoluted bags. These are laser cut from 1/4" HR sheet. We offer many sizes to cover all the different axle diameters. You can choose 2.75", 3", 3.5" or 4". This is a weld on part.
